Ideal for high-volume work, it can mince, size, reconstitute and automatically wrap burgers from 80 to 160 g at up to 1000 burgers an hour on one of its two mincer units. The other unit minces in bulk with the speed that can be expected of an 82 mm mincer and has its own ergonomic collection tray.
The MASTERTIFF has a twin loading tray with a separator that makes it possible to mince two different types of meat.
The MASTERTIFF also has a pulse-technology burger counter and a foot control.
