Available models:

  • Gas burners with flames
  • 2 models: the Tradition Foyer Fermé (closed-hearth model) and the Tradition Foyer Ouvert (open-hearth model) whose spits are equipped with handles
  • 3 widths: 98.5, 110 and 142.5 cm, plus a new model for home chefs, the Tradition Grand Public Luxe (Tradition GPL2) with 2 spits, 75 cm wide, with capacity for 4 chickens
  • Capacity: from 2 to 8 spits and from 6 to 48 chickens
  • Stainless steel or Enamelled finish (colour of your choice using RAL colour standards) with brass fittings

Technical specifications:

  • Cast-iron grids and removable reflecting rear panels for easy cleaning
  • 1 burner for every 2 spits; adjustable spits (3 positions) to ensure efficient cooking
  • Each spit controlled by an individual motor; gas valves protected with thermocoupling guarantee absolute security
  • 1 or 2 halogen lamps mounted inside extended top panel
  • Drip tray with valve to collect cooking juices
  • Doors in all models are made of tempered safety glass with magnets
  • Base of unit is equipped with a slide-out shelf
