- 2 models: the Tradition Foyer Fermé (closed-hearth model) and the Tradition Foyer Ouvert (open-hearth model) whose spits are equipped with handles
- 3 widths: 98.5, 110 and 142.5 cm, plus a new model for home chefs, the Tradition Grand Public Luxe (Tradition GPL2) with 2 spits, 75 cm wide, with capacity for 4 chickens
- Capacity: from 2 to 8 spits and from 6 to 48 chickens
- Stainless steel or Enamelled finish (colour of your choice using RAL colour standards) with brass fittings
