  • 3 models: Floride, Floride with spit handles and Floride Grandes Broches (longer spits)
  • 3 widths:
    - Floride with 2 or 4 spits: 102.5 cm wide
          with 6 or 8 spits: 114.5 cm wide

    - Floride Grandes Broches with 4 to 8 spits:
         140 cm wide
  • Capacity: from 8 to 48 chickens
  • Stainless steel

Technical specifications:

  • Gas (ceramic burners) or Electric (shielded elements - 16 mm - 1800 watts)
  • Our gas models are equipped with thermocoupling to guarantee absolute security
  • Burners or elements for each spit, which are controlled by individual motors; spits are mounted on multi-position guide rails to ensure the best cooking results
  • Removable reflecting rear panels for easy cleaning
  • Doors in all models are made of tempered safety glass with magnets
  • 2 halogen lamps mounted inside extended top panel, drip tray with front-mounted valve, locking system for window and high output burners on the Floride Grandes Broches model
  • Base of unit is equipped with a slide-out shelf
